High Performance Thermal and Acoustical Spray-On Insulation System.
SONASPRAY® is an exposed ceiling thermal and acoustical insulation used for Acoustical and Thermal control. Sonaspray provides an attractive, high-performance solution to acoustical and lighting design objectives in both new construction and renovation projects. Sonaspray is available in a variety of textures and is available in various standard colors and specially-matched custom colors.
The Sonaspray system reduces excessive noise often present in modern design trends, significantly improving ambient sound quality and speech intelligibility. The resilient fibers of Sonaspray absorb sound energy instead of reflecting it, effectively reducing reverberation time, and making it the perfect solution for noisy environments like restaurants, entertainment venues, or open-office plans.
The Sonaspray system begins with specially prepared cellulose fibers combined with natural fire retardants in a strict, quality-controlled manufacturing process to produce a UL & FM approved Class A, Class 1 fire rated material. Sonaspray contributes towards many sustainable design and health certification systems including M1, BREEAM, Cardle2Cradle and adds up to 17 points towards the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating of a project.
Sonaspray is compliant with CDPH/ CA Section 01350 and are GREENGUARD Gold Certified for Indoor Air Quality. GREENGUARD Gold Products are now confirmed to show compliance with BREEAM rating system HEA Indoor Air Quality and ensure that a product has met some of the world’s most rigorous and comprehensive standards for low emissions of VOCs into indoor air. The Sonaspray acoustic spray range is also covered by an Environmental Product Declaration in accordance with ISO 14025 and meets the requirements of the Living Building Challenge and LEED.

Surface dust and dirt can be vacuumed off using a soft brush attachment or blown off using pressurised air. Stains that have penetrated the surface and cannot be removed by the previous actions can be removed by applying a thin layer of plaster onto the embedded stain.
Sonaspray can be directly spray applied on concrete / gypsum / thermal insulation / metal / plywood / etc.
